Terms of Service

These terms govern use of SokuPhoto and the checks you must complete before publishing AI-generated product images.

The current MVP is free through September 7, 2026. Pricing, payment, renewal, cancellation and required seller disclosures will be published before paid plans are offered.

1. Acceptance

By using SokuPhoto, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

2. Service

SokuPhoto provides AI product-image generation and editing, text overlay, resizing, private result storage, comparison, re-editing and export. Models, features, limits, formats and processing times may change.

3. Accounts and free access

AI generation, AI editing and AI copy generation require email sign-in. The current free-access period ends at 11:59 p.m. Japan Standard Time on September 7, 2026, regardless of registration date. Reasonable technical and anti-abuse limits may apply. No charge will be made without a clear purchase action.

4. Your materials

You must hold the rights and permissions required to upload and process every photo, logo, trademark, text, likeness and other material. Do not submit material that violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights.

5. AI output and review

AI output may contain inaccurate shape, color, text, logos, quantities, accessories or background details. Before publishing or advertising, compare the output with the actual product, source material, applicable law and the destination’s current rules.

SokuPhoto does not guarantee accuracy, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, marketplace approval, sales performance or commercial usability.

6. Rights

As between you and SokuPhoto, rights in your input remain with you or the relevant owner, subject to applicable law and model-provider terms. SokuPhoto software, interface, brand, copy, templates and design remain the property of SokuPhoto or their respective owners.

7. Prohibited use

  • Illegal use or infringement of third-party rights
  • Fraud, deception, impersonation, unlawful advertising or misleading claims
  • Uploading sensitive personal or confidential information without permission
  • Disrupting, bypassing, reverse engineering or overloading the service or API
  • Malware, credential theft or abusive automation

8. Suspension and external services

We may limit or suspend access for violations, security risks, legal requests or serious operational impact. External provider outages or changes may make part or all of the service unavailable.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is. SokuPhoto is not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, lost profits or data loss except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law and contact
