SokuPhoto1. Scope and operator
This policy applies to the SokuPhoto website, AI image generation, AI editing, text overlay and related features. The operator’s legal name, address and disclosures required for paid services will be published before paid applications are accepted.
2. Information we collect
- Email address, registration time and access-period data
- Product photos, file names and information contained in uploaded images
- Visual instructions, pasted copy, selected model, size and other settings
- Generation type, processing status, errors, timestamps and work history
- IP address, browser, device, referrer, approximate region and access logs
- Information supplied in support requests
3. How we use information
We use this information to provide image generation, editing, text overlay and export; return results and resolve failures; prevent abuse; protect the service; understand usage; improve quality and performance; answer requests; and meet legal obligations.
4. AI processing and service providers
SokuPhoto sends the product photo, instruction and generation settings to its API and processes them with image models provided through Alibaba Cloud Model Studio. Supabase provides authentication, private result storage and generation records; Cloudflare delivers the website; Railway hosts the API; and Google Analytics 4 measures site usage.
Depending on provider infrastructure, information may be processed outside your country. We limit transfers to what is reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service.
5. Storage and retention
Account information and generation records are retained while the account is active and for periods reasonably required for security, support and legal compliance. Successful generated images may be stored in a private, user-controlled Supabase Storage area for history, comparison and re-editing.
SokuPhoto does not persist the original uploaded image in its own long-term storage and does not store the visual prompt or pasted copy in generation history. Temporary data and operational logs may be retained by infrastructure or AI providers for limited periods.
6. Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 may use cookies or similar technologies to collect viewed pages, referral source, device and browser information, approximate region and interaction events. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, uploaded images or pasted copy to Google Analytics. Language preference is stored locally and in a first-party cookie.
7. Your choices
Remove unnecessary personal or confidential information before upload. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, restriction or deletion of personal data.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as access control, encryption in transit, secret separation and rate limits. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Contact and changes
